Our installment plan is interest free and there are no service charges for this plan. The installment plan ends 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year’s) when your remaining balance is due.
Worry-Free Guarantee
If you lose your job at any time before your arrival date of your vacation, you can cancel your stay with us for a full refund less the credit card processing fees. All other cancellation penalties will be waived. Written documentation from your employer indicating an involuntary termination would be required. You must also notify us that you wish to cancel within seven days after you have been informed that you are losing your job.
