RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES: Three (3) night's rental is due at time of booking (50% of total due for Christmas/New Year's reservations). Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year's and Group reservations) or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. For reservations made within 30 days (60 for Christmas/New Year's and Group reservations) of arrival, full payment is due immediately. We honor Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diner's Club. Personal checks should be made payable to “Cayman Condos”.
MINIMUM STAY :
7 nights Christmas and 7 nights New Year's
CANCELLATION POLICIES : Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the three-night deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
An exception is for Christmas/New Year's reservations (rentals that include any days between December 19 and January 5) and Group reservations which must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, the 50% deposit (3-night for Group reservations) will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
